Magnolia Cottage is a "real" home, (and our holiday house), from the swing rope over the dam to the fire pit and established gardens, and is newly refurbished including most appliances.
Downstairs accommodation comprises an open plan dining, living and kitchen (with 50" LED tv, dvd and usb compatible soundbar), main bedroom (Queen bed with tv, fan and air con) all opening on to the deep veranda (with bbq and enteraining area with glorious views across the dam to Mount Eerwah), main bathroom with shower and claw footed bath.
Upstairs offers three gabled bedrooms with Queen bed (tv, fan and air conditioning), double bed (with fan and air conditioning), and two bunk beds (with fan), a second living area (with 43" LED tv and usb compatible soundbar and air con) and separate bathroom.
The dam itself is NOT fenced and the property may not be suitable for very young children.
Magnolia Cottage is pet friendly, the verandah has lockable gates at both ends creating a safe and shady spot for dogs, and the "home" garden is fenced (and for the exclusive use of the cottage.)
The Stables is separated from the Magnolia Cottage by a rustic courtyard and fountain. Both properties have access to the dam and surrounding garden.
